Welcome to the LOTUS Network (“Network”, “Server”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using our network, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

Scope

These Terms govern the use of our services, including all associated features, functions, content, and rules. They apply in addition to the Microsoft/Mojang policies, including but not limited to the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and the Microsoft Services Agreement.

Access and Use

You must be at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Your Minecraft account must comply with the guidelines set by Mojang/Microsoft.

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

Code of Conduct

By using our network, you confirm that you have read and accepted our rules ( https://thelotus.tv/rules ).

Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent exclusion from all services.

Content Rights

All content created by us (e.g., builds, plugins, texts, etc.) remains our intellectual property.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use any content you create in the context of server operations (e.g., screenshots, in-game builds), including potential use in videos/streams.

Changes and Availability

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the server at any time. These terms may also be updated at any time. Users must inform themselves independently of any changes - continued use is deemed to be consent. The last change is indicated by the date under “last updated”.

Disclaimer

This network is provided “as is”. We accept no liability for data loss, server outages, lag, bugs, or other technical issues.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction, as far as legally permissible, is Nuremberg.
